What a Treat! Melaleuca Team Members and Their Families Enjoy a SPOOKtacular Halloween
There are no tricks, only treats, this Halloween at Melaleuca Global Headquarters! Thousands of Team Members and their families came together to enjoy a sensational Halloween Trick-or-Treat path filled with laughter, creativity and a monstrous amount of candy.
Each year, Melaleuca: The Wellness Company transforms its massive Event Center into a spellbinding, family-friendly Halloween celebration. Teams go all out, designing elaborate themed sections that delight children and adults alike.
“This event is such a highlight for our Team Members and their families,” said Jamie Reynolds, Chief Human Resources Officer. “You can see the care and creativity that went into every detail. Our Team Members built these incredible displays on their own time because they love what they do and who they work with. It’s a reflection of our culture—working hard, having fun, and showing appreciation for the families who support us every day.”
Costumes, Creativity and Company Spirit
From the towering, hand-painted 10-foot buildings of Harry Potter’s Diagon Alley to the Wizard of Oz’s yellow brick road, every inch of the Trick-or-Treat path reflected incredible creativity. Families explored a medieval castle built with authentic props, strolled through a life-size Mela-Opoly board game, surfed with Lilo & Stitch, and even browsed a mock Costco store packed with Halloween samples.
To complete the experience, Team Members dressed in costumes that perfectly matched their department’s theme—wizards and witches brought Diagon Alley to life, knights and queens filled the medieval castle, and aliens from Area 51 greeted families with intergalactic flair. The commitment to character made each stop along the path feel like stepping into different worlds.
Kids were captivated by the creativity at every turn. “I’ve been coming to the Melaleuca Halloween party for years, and it’s become a family tradition,” said Skyler Lima, age 14. “It’s awesome to see how Melaleuca goes all out for Halloween. Everything’s over the top!”
“This is my very favorite Halloween activity!” said Cali Faldmo, age 9. “Everything is decorated and I get so much candy. I loved the K-Pop Demon Hunters!”
The popular K-Pop Demon Hunters theme came from the Marketing Team. “We wanted to choose a theme the kids would really get excited about,” said Natalia Johnson, a Marketing Senior Translator who worked extensively on the design. “Once they started coming through, we were singing, dancing, and having a great time together. It made all the effort worth it!”
This event has become one of the most anticipated and beloved activities of the year for our Team Members, who look forward to sharing the Melaleuca experience with their families. Many Team Members also took the opportunity to bring their families into headquarters to see where they work, proudly showing their children and spouses the spaces and teams that make Melaleuca special.
Some Spirited Competition
The Halloween fun didn’t stop with costumes and candy. Team Members also showed off their artistic flair in a pumpkin-carving contest and a kids coloring contest, creating opportunities to have fun together and win some great prizes.
Family and Fun at the Heart of Melaleuca’s Culture
Melaleuca’s culture centers on enhancing lives, and that spirit extends far beyond the workday. Events like this one bring Team Members together, strengthen bonds, and create lasting memories for their families.
“Every year, our Team Members outdo themselves,” said Reynolds. “They plan, build, paint, and decorate all for the joy of seeing their families smile. It’s a reminder that Melaleuca isn’t just a workplace; it’s a community that loves to have fun together.”
As another memorable Halloween goes past midnight, the excitement is already building for what’s next. The costumes may change each year, but the Melaleuca spirit—forty years strong—remains a real treat worth celebrating.
