Frank VanderSloot Takes Virtual Tour of Melaleuca’s Tennessee Plant

Melaleuca CEO Frank VanderSloot took a virtual tour of the company’s 350,000-square-foot manufacturing plant and distribution center in Knoxville, Tenn., Tuesday.

Sitting in his office at Melaleuca’s Global Headquarters in Idaho Falls, Idaho, Frank got to enjoy an intimate, face-to-face visit with employees 1,800 miles away using a state-of-the-art mobile BeamPro robot.

Here’s what he had to say about the experience:

Took “virtual tour” of Knoxville plant today. Met dozens of faithful employees with us over 20 years! Incredible!

The company’s Knoxville facility, which consists of the manufacturing plant, the distribution center, and a Melaleuca product store, is home to around 350 employees. It underwent a massive expansion and grand reopening in 2010.

What a change from the day we were there just after they purchased the building. We watched it grow throughout the years. This is an awesome company and one I am very proud to be associated with.
