Career Fair Gives Opportunity for Melaleuca Team Members to Advance
Melaleuca: The Wellness Company recently hosted a career fair exclusively for the benefit of its existing workforce. The company has a strong promotion-from-within culture and prioritizes growing its Team Members. The two-day career fair was held in Rexburg and Idaho Falls, giving Melaleuca Team Members an opportunity to meet with various department managers to discuss potential roles throughout the company.
